Graduate Supervision Statement

I am a clinical psychologist, with my areas of research interest currently focusing on:

  • Evaluating outcomes of clinical interventions
  • Clinical training program evaluations
  • Implementation science in mental health

I have experience supervising graduate research projects using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, both at Massey, and prior to that at the University of Otago's School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Wellington. At Otago I supervised 8 PhDs and one Masterst thesis to completion, and am currently supervising two PhDs. Typically, my graduate research students would take on projects enabling them to link up with my supportive and collegial cross-university research groups. I particularly enjoy being part of a cross disciplinary supervision panels.
